This reminds me of the now-past nationals...i was sick...as usual. n on that monday was my 400m hurdles heats.. i ran while still SICK.. so... i must still drag myself to training tmr! must..must.. haiz.. i cant train enough! cuz dis thurs i'll be leaving for BeiJing on d BSP trip... i'll be gone 4 three weeks! humm... I still have not prepared for the trip. so much to do.. so little time.. n plus i am sick..=(::
